For the Rice:
1½ cups long grain basmati rice (300 g)
Water for boiling
1 tablespoon salt
2 bay leaves
For the Vegetable Stir Fry:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion (140 g)
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 cup chopped carrots (120 g)
1 cup chopped bell peppers, mixed colors (about 150 g)
2 cups chopped cabbage (200 g)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
¼ cup Sriracha sauce (60 ml)
1 cup chopped green onions (120 g)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander (10 g)

1️⃣ Prepare the Rice
Rinse the basmati rice until the water runs clear.
Soak for 30 minutes.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and bay leaves.
