Dressing:
•Kewpie Mayonnaise 300 g (1¼ cups)
•Cream cheese 80 g (6 tbsp)
•Fresh cream 90 ml (⅓ cup)
•Spring onions (green part, finely chopped) 35 g (3 tbsp)
•Fresh coriander (finely chopped) (3-4tbsp)
•2 Green Chilies (fine chopped)
•White pepper powder 4 g (¾ tsp)
•Black pepper powder 2 g (1 tsp)
•Salt 5 g (¾ tsp, adjust to taste)
•Lemon juice 1 tbsp (optional)
•Powdered Sugar 12g (1 tbsp)
•2 Cucumber thinly sliced or diced)
