Folks, a massive market reset is currently taking place, and over the next 45 days,
everything is going to change. 2026 has already been quite the roller coaster,
but you ain't seen nothing yet. Now, I need you to understand that Wall Street doesn't make money
by telling you the truth. Wall Street makes money by pushing narratives, manufacturing fear,
manufacturing euphoria, and cashing out while regular investors are still trying to dissect
last week's headlines. By the time all the average people have already bought or sold and done
exactly what Wall Street wanted them to do, Wall Street is already ready to flip the script.
To be specific, think about any day where you wake up and there's a massive red day or a massive
green day, and all of a sudden, the same headline is across every major network. The Sell America
trade is here. The software apocalypse is here. These new narratives come out because you have a
few big Wall Street funds that decide all of a sudden that they want to take a trade, and then
what they do after that trade is they go and they make sure to use the megaphone to let everybody
know they're taking that trade. The echo shoots everywhere across the market, and if they're
effective enough, everybody falls into the narrative, and once everyone is convinced that
their trade was correct, well, those original Wall Street funds have made their peak money,
and they're ready to move on to the next. That's the game, and the reason I'm telling you this now
is because guess what? They're about to switch again. Remember, folks, the beauty of Wall Street
and their narratives is that it doesn't really matter if they're right or wrong. What matters
is that they can convince enough people to follow in after them. If they can convince enough people
to buy what they're buying or sell what they're selling, all of a sudden, guess what? Self-fulfilling
prophecy, and in today's video, I'm going to show you how to see through this playbook and position
yourself at the right side of the trade. There's a lot to unpack here, and I'm going to put all the
timestamps down below, and then at the end of the video, it's going to be time for our sponsored
segment on SMX. That's Security Matters PLC, ticker symbol SMX, on the NASDAQ. They've developed an
invisible permanent molecular barcode that can be embedded into any material, gold, silver, plastics,
cotton, rubber, steel, creating an unforgeable digital identity that survives melting, recycling,
and every step of the supply chain. I'll break down why you may want to take a look at this
company and put it on your radar. As always, if you're the one taking the ultimate risk,
you've got to be the one doing the ultimate frisk. Always do your own due diligence on
all ideas presented. Okay, let's start with tariffs and what just happened. On Friday,
the Supreme Court ruled that Trump's sweeping tariffs under the International Emergency
Economic Powers Act, the IEEPA, were unlawful. The vote was six to three. Chief Justice Roberts
wrote the majority opinion and the key line was devastating. He says that IEEPA does not
authorize the president to impose tariffs. The power to tax belongs to Congress, not the White
House. Now on this channel, we've been talking for months now that Pauli Market was factoring in
that this was going to end up being the result. So what exactly does this mean for your money
and your portfolio moving forward? Well, first, you got to understand these IEEPA tariffs were
the backbone of Trump's entire trade policy. These were the Liberation Day tariffs from April 2025
that hit nearly every trading partner on Earth. 10% baseline on most countries, 35% on Canada,
and up to 145% on China at one point. All of that is now struck down. To put it in an easy
to understand number, the Yale Budget Lab estimates that the effective US tariff rate
dropped from about 17% to 9.1% with the IEEPA tariffs gone. Now Trump just signed an executive
order mandating tariffs through another mechanism, but those are actually set to sunset and we'll
talk more about that in a few moments. The bigger picture is the core authority that Trump was using
is now gone. Second, refunds. Penn Warrant estimates that over $175 billion in tariffs
may need to be refunded to importers. We're talking companies like Costco, Toyota, Nike,
Target. They've been paying these duties for almost a year now, and now that the tariffs have
been declared illegal, they're lining up to get that money back. The court didn't say exactly how
refunds should be given, but trade lawyers are expecting that importers will get refunds
eventually. Third, and this is a very important part, these tariff revenues were supposed to
offset the tax cuts the Congress passed. With perhaps half the tariff money gone, well that's
going to make the deficit bigger, not smaller. Now what about Trump's plan B? So of course, as you
might expect, Trump didn't just take the L. He's always warned that he has other ways to get his
tariffs in. Within hours of the ruling, he signed an executive order imposing a 10% global tariff
under section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974. And then just yesterday on Saturday, he sent out a
truth saying that he's actually going to do 15%. Now this law has apparently never been used before
in American history. It lets the president impose tariffs of up to 15% for 150 days to address
balance of payments problems. But here's the critical catch. These tariffs expire 150 days
unless Congress extends them. They specifically need Congress to extend them for them to stick.
Pretty much anything that you want to stick needs an act of Congress. That puts us on a new clock,
and that makes July the next deadline. And getting an extension through a divided Congress that
already voted against Trump's tariffs in the Senate, well that's going to be very, very difficult.
Not to mention it is a midterm year and let's be real, tariffs are pretty controversial. Not to
mention that even with all these tariffs, the trade deficit hasn't really closed much. So net
and in effect, the massive tariff headwind that Wall Street has been worried about is weakening
massively. And as a result of this ruling and after this original new executive order expires
on the 10% rate, well tariff rates are positioned downwards. So net net tariff rates are coming down
for most of the world. This new 10% rate replaces what were much higher rates for most countries.
For example, Europe had a negotiated deal for 15%. Now they're going down to 10%. China goes
from over 100% to 35%. So anyways, what does this mean for you? Lower tariffs mean lower costs for
businesses. Lower costs can mean much better margins, more earnings, sometimes even lower
prices for consumers. Now oftentimes, if you look at the data, businesses, once they raise prices,
they tend not to lower them again. They just have better margins. So from a stock market standpoint,
great for higher margins. From a consumer standpoint, well, next I want to talk about
sell America trade. So everywhere you go right now, if you're on YouTube or financial media,
there's one big narrative that's being pushed and is very popular right now. Sell America.
The narrative was born back in April 2025 when Trump dropped his Liberation Day tariffs and
spooked the entire global financial system. It accelerated just this past January when the
Greenland crisis rattled European allies and it got worse when Trump started pressuring the Federal
Reserve. And it's been building ever since. There's also a lot of countries dumping US
treasuries, dumping US dollars. There's just a lot of US assets that are being dumped globally.
And of course, the dollar has absolutely collapsed year over year. And in order to
understand this, you have to understand there's about three reasons why the sell America trade
is so poignant right now. Number one, policy unpredictability. The constant tariff whiplash,
tariffs on, tariffs off, higher rates, lower rates, new laws, old laws struck down,
has made American trade policy fundamentally unreliable. It makes it very hard to predict
what's going to happen from one week to the next. You have the president saying one thing,
you have the Supreme Court striking down what he's doing. You have midterms that could block
all of his power for the next couple of years. And when you're, say, a massive pension fund
managing billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars, well, this unpredictability is poison,
full stop. And if you're a Wall Street hedge fund manager and you're seeing some of the
tea leaves of that, well, you're thinking, OK, well, I'm going to push that narrative even harder
and I'm going to rotate the hell out of America and tell everybody about it so that they also
rotate out. And then by the time this flips, I'll buy back in and make some moolah. Number two,
Q4 GDP just came in at 1.4 percent, way below the 2.5 percent estimate. A 43-day government
shutdown from October to mid-November subtracted a full percentage point from growth. Full year
2025 GDP growth was 2.2 percent, the slowest since the pandemic. And now with over $175 billion in
tariff revenues potentially going out the door, plus the struck down IEPA revenue stream, the
fiscal picture is getting worse, not better. And then number three, you have Federal Reserve
uncertainty. Trump nominated Kevin Warsh to replace Jerome Powell as Fed chair. The Senate
hasn't confirmed him yet. Markets always tend to be squeamish when the Fed chair switch anyways.
So there's some uncertainty on the headlines with that. Now, where's the opportunity in all this?
I firmly believe that the sell America trade narrative is going to flip very aggressively
when it comes down to U.S. stocks. But when it comes down to U.S. dollars and when it comes to
U.S. debt, very, very different picture. That's going to get much, much worse. So here's the
thing I need you to understand. And this is how money is really made in the stock market.
Everything comes and goes in cycles. And with those cycles comes different themes and different
narratives. And historically, these narratives have precedents, and they fall into and out of
favor very quickly. Think about just the last year alone. In April 2025, Liberation Day tariffs
triggered a massive sell America wave. Stocks tanked, the dollar cratered, and gold spiked.
Within weeks, markets had recovered. In January 2026, the Greenland crisis triggered another
sell America wave. The Dow dropped over 800 points in a single session. The MAG 7 shed $683 billion
in market cap in one day. And then what happened? Well, Trump backed off on Greenland within 48
hours. The Dow surged 600 points the very next day. The sell America trade reversed almost overnight.
This is a pattern. Every time the sell America trade, which should just be based on U.S. dollars
and U.S. debt, heats up, well, people throw U.S. quality stocks out with the bathwater.
Now, I believe the sell America wave in the stock market is going to end within the next 45 days.
Why? Well, there's a few catalysts for this. Catalyst number one, the Supreme Court just
removed the biggest source of uncertainty. The single biggest driver of the sell America trade
was tariff unpredictability. Global investors didn't know if tariffs were going up, going down,
getting struck down, or getting replaced. The uncertainty is what made them hedge away from
U.S. assets. But now the Supreme Court has drawn a clear line. The Supreme Court has said the
president cannot unilaterally impose unlimited tariffs under IEEPA. That's the most significant
reduction in trade policy uncertainty we've seen in over a year. When uncertainty drops,
capital flows back. The president's going to try other ways to enact tariffs, but this was the most
sweeping power that he tried to assert. Catalyst number two, the Section 122 tariffs are capped
and temporary. The new 10% tariff has a hard ceiling of 15% and expires in 150 days. That's
not the open-ended, escalating, unpredictable tariff regime that was driving the sell America
narrative. It's bounded, it's predictable, and it's lower than what countries were paying before.
It's comprised certainty, they can't price chaos, and that chaos just got dramatically reduced.
Catalyst number three, Kevin Warsh's confirmation timeline. So Trump's Fed chair pick is expected to
go through the Senate confirmation process in the coming weeks. Once the markets get clarity on
who's running the Fed and what their policy stance will be, that removes another massive
source of uncertainty that's been feeding the sell America trade. JP Morgan private bank already put
out a note saying that the sell America thesis is overhyped and that the U.S. remains a high
conviction investment opportunity with a healthy consumer energy independence, capital market
dominance, and the AI tailwind. Catalyst four, earnings season. Once Q1 results start coming out,
you're going to be in a completely different narrative. 45 days from now, we're going to be
deep in a period where companies are reporting their actual corporate results, and they're going
to remind the market that American companies are still the most profitable, most innovative
businesses on the planet, especially when it comes down to quality growth names. When it comes to
earnings, understand that the AI productivity wave really hasn't come yet. We're in the early
innings of that. Also understand that most of the most profitable tech companies with some of the
most extreme productivity gains ahead are down 15, 20, 25%. And understand that there's a lot of
companies in the stock market that are about to get tariff refunds that will also help their overall
bottom lines quite a bit. All of these things are setting up American stocks for a beautiful
resurgence. Right now, Morningstar says the entire U.S. market is trading at a 5% discount to fair
value. The tech sector specifically is at a 16% discount. That is directly because of this sell
America trade and the narratives that are being pushed right now. So how do you play this? Well,
my opinion here is the move is straightforward. Use the sell American narrative as your actual
buying signal, not your selling signal. The sell American narrative is actually correct when it
comes down to U.S. dollars and U.S. debt, but it's not correct when it comes down to the stock market
and the most profitable companies on earth. And that's a big disconnect and a big opportunity
to exploit. When global capital rotates out of U.S. assets, it creates temporary dislocations
in price. The companies don't suddenly become worse businesses. Apple doesn't suddenly make
worse products. NVIDIA doesn't suddenly have less demand for AI chips. Their stocks just get
cheaper because of a macro narrative that historically always fades. U.S. stocks still
make up about 70% of the MSCI world index. The U.S. still has the deepest, most liquid capital
markets on the planet. The AI productivity wave is still centered here. JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley,
and Fidelity all still expect the bull market to have room to run. And so I see right now is a
great opportunity. Whenever Wall Street wants you to sell something, that's how you know, oops,
it might be time to buy. Anyways, let us know your favorite ideas down below. And now it's time
for our sponsored segment. And now it's time for our sponsored segment on Security Matters,
PLC, ticker symbol SMX on the NASDAQ. They've developed an invisible permanent molecular bar
code that can be embedded into any material. Gold, silver, plastics, cotton, rubber, steel,
creating an unforgeable digital identity that survives melting, recycling, and every step of
the supply chain. The London Bullion Market Association has already accredited their tech
as a official gold bar security feature. Nearly 100 patents, partnerships across six continents
offer that the company and why you may want to take a look at it and begin your due diligence.
So let me explain to you the problem here, because once you understand it, well, the thesis
clicks into place. So global supply chains are built on trust, but that trust is basically the
honor system. When a gold refiner says a bar came from an ethical mind, when a manufacturer says a
product contains recycled plastic, when a cotton supplier says their fiber is American grown,
well, there is often no scientific way to verify these claims. The entire system runs on paper
certificates, self-reported audits, and just taking people's word for it. And this creates
massive problems. Counterfeiting is a multi-trillion dollar global issue. Conflict materials get
laundered through legitimate supply chains. Companies make ESG claims that they can't prove.
Recycling quotas get reported with no way to verify actual recycled content.
And as governments tighten regulations around sourcing transparency and circular economy
mandates, the gap between what companies claim and what they can prove keeps widening.
Take gold, for example. The global gold market is worth trillions of dollars. And for centuries,
it's relied on paper trails, hallmarks, and assay certificates to verify authenticity.
But once gold gets melted down and refined, what happens constantly?
All that documentation becomes meaningless. You can't tell ethically sourced gold from
conflict gold once it's been through a refinery. And that's a fundamental flaw in a market that
same problem exists in plastics, textiles, rubber, electronics, basically everywhere.
Materials move through complex global supply chains. The world needs a way to
give materials a provable identity that doesn't rely on paperwork. And that's exactly
the problem SMX was built to solve. So, what does SMX actually do? Well,
they've developed a patented molecular marker system. Think of it as an invisible chemical
barcode that gets embedded directly into materials at the molecular level. This isn't a sticker.
It's not an RFID tag that can be removed. It's a submolecular identity that becomes
part of the material itself. And this marker survives everything. Melting, molding, stretching,
crushing, recycling, put gold through a refinery, melt plastic down and reform it, process cotton
through spinning and weaving. The molecular marker stays intact. The identity travels with
the material through its entire life cycle. And the versatility is what really sets them apart.
One reader can detect markers in metals, plastics, fabrics, food, liquids, gases,
across all states of matter. Most traceability solutions are built for one specific industry.
SMX's platform is material agnostic. That's a massive competitive moat protected by nearly
100 patents. Now let's talk about the partnership. So, the caliber of organizations tells you a lot
about the technology's credibility. Six international partnerships across Singapore,
Spain, France, Dubai, and the United States. They're working with ASTAR, Singapore's Agency
for Science, Technology, and Research, on a national plastics circulatory platform.
European pilots with RedWave, SETI, BASF, and Continental AG. A test zone in Volodad,
Spain with CARTIF, plus the LBMA accreditation and Goldstrom partnership. These aren't LOIs.
These are active commercial deployments and institutional level validations.
Now who's running this? Well, the company was founded by Hugay Alon, CEO since 2018,
with over 17 years of experience commercializing technology, including out of the Israeli Ministry
of Defense. He holds graduate degrees from Tel Aviv University and the University of Haifa.
Now, of course, this is a small cap stock, and small cap stocks have a lot of risk,
extreme risk even. Like most companies with exciting technologies that they're working
to build out aggressively and spending a lot of money to build out, well, it's a very high risk
stock. So keep that in mind. And if you want to learn more, I'll put a link to their investor
relations page down below. Make sure to give it a look and come to your own conclusion.
Anyways, that caps off today's video. Have a great rest of your day. We'll see you next time.
