1️⃣ Recipe:
Step 1:
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 1 cup (100–200 g)
Sour cream (20%) – 1 cup (200 g)
Flour – 1 cup (≈150 g)
You can adjust the amount of flour slightly to achieve the desired texture. The dough should be neither thick nor runny.
Step 2:
Sour cream (20–25%) – 1.5–2 cups (300–400 g)
Powdered sugar – 2–3 tbsp (40–60 g)
Vanilla – to taste
Optional: canned cherries, dried apricots, prunes, nuts, chocolate.
✔️1 cup = 200 ml.
✔️Pan: 18–20 cm.
✔️Bake: 170°C, 30–35 minutes.
2️⃣ Recipe:
Step 1:
Eggs – 2–3 (depending on size)
Pinch of salt
Sugar – 1 cup (not a full cup is fine)
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp (or melted butter)
Kefir – 1 cup (250 ml)
Flour – 1 cup
The amount of flour can be adjusted slightly to achieve the desired texture. The dough should be neither thick nor runny.
Step 2:
Flour – 2 tbsp
Instant coffee or cocoa – 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp flour
Baking soda – 1 tsp (½ tsp for each portion of dough)
Condensed milk – a can or so
Lemon juice – 20 ml
Thick sour cream – 400 g
Vanilla sugar – to taste
The cake is simple and delicious.
✔️1 cup = 250 ml.
✔️ Pan: 20–22 cm.
✔️ Bake: 170–180°C, about 20 minutes (2 parts).
