INGREDIENTS (4 - 5 servings)

500 g (1 lb) beef
Cut into strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cane sugar
Mix well

Fry for 3-4 minutes and remove from the pan

2 green peppers, cut into strips

1 tbsp sugar
Some warm water
Return beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

pepper
100 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth
