• INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons (tbsp) oat flour (or almond flour) - 15g
1 tablespoon (tbsp) 50% cocoa - 8g
xylitol sweetener to taste (or another sweetener of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
plant-based milk until the right consistency is reached (or skim milk)
1/2 scoop of Whey, I'm using the CARAMEL ICE CREAM flavor from Petitá - LINK: https://www.lojapetita.com.br/?aff=KX...

1 minute Microwave or frying pan over low heat

SAUCE: 1 scoop of Petitá whey protein, water until it reaches the consistency of condensed milk

Sprinkle whey protein over the topping or powdered milk

PREPARATION METHOD:
1. Dough Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, cocoa, whey protein, xylitol, and baking powder.

Add the milk gradually, stirring well with a fork or small whisk, until you obtain a smooth and creamy dough (neither too liquid nor too thick).

2. Cooking (Choose your option)
In the Microwave: Place in a 6cm ramekin greased with coconut oil and microwave for 1 minute. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave; you might even need to remove it a little earlier to prevent it from drying out.

In a Frying Pan: Lightly grease a small frying pan, pour in the batter, and cover. Cook over very low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until the surface is firm.

3. The "Dulce de Leche" Sauce
While the cake cools slightly, in a separate small bowl, mix the scoop of whey protein with water little by little until it reaches the consistency of condensed milk.

4. Finishing
Unmold the cake or keep it in the bowl.

Pour the whey protein sauce over it.

To give it the final touch and that confectionery look, sprinkle a little more whey protein or powdered milk on top.
