With just an egg and yogurt, you can make these cookies in 5 minutes! They melt in your mouth.

✅ Ingredients (≈ 24 cookies)
• 200g yogurt → ¾ cup + 2 tbsp
• 100g butter 🧈 → ½ cup
• 1 egg 🥚
• lemon zest 🍋
• 50g sugar → ¼ cup
• 250g ~ 300g flour → 2 to 2½ cups
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2-3 tbsp jam
• 2-3 tbsp chocolate spread

🔥 Baking Instructions
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
