Lemon juice 1-2 tablespoons
Sugar 100g (½ cup)
Cocoa powder 25g (about 3 tablespoons)
Hot water 80ml (⅓ cup)

Butter - salted 200g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Sugar 180g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Plain /flour 200g (1 and ⅓ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Sour cream or Natural Yogurt 80g (⅓ cup)
Melted Chocolate 100g
Measuring cup size - 240ml
