California Awards $419 Million to Tackle Homelessness in 3 Major Regions

The San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego regions in California are being awarded millions from the state to address homelessness and addiction. San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie says his city is using the funds to fix a broken system, rather than throw money at the crisis.
