📝 Ingredients

Dough:

• 1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)

• 2 glasses of warm water (400 ml)

• 1 egg

• 1 tbsp sugar (20 g)

• 8 g active dry yeast

• 8.5 cups sifted all-purpose flour (approx. 920 g)

• 1 tsp salt

• 70 ml vegetable oil

For the layers:

• 70 ml vegetable oil

• 100 g melted butter

• Cheese of your choice 🧀

For brushing:

• 1 egg yolk

• 1 tbsp warm milk

🕒 Baking:

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30–35 minutes.
