🚩Ingredients and recipe:
220 ml of warm milk.
25 g of fresh yeast.
20 g of sugar.

500 g of wheat flour.
100 g of sugar.
8 g of salt.

mix well.
2 eggs.
2 egg yolks.
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.
add the yeast mixture.
mix well with a spatula.
Gradually add 100 g of butter.
knead the dough by hand.
Continue kneading the dough for at least 10 minutes.
cover and let rise for an hour.
250 g of ground walnuts.
120 g of sugar.
40 g of cocoa.
2 egg whites.
100 ml of warm milk.
mix well.
the dough rose like a cloud.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Roll out the dough by hand to a size of 30 x 40 cm.
Spread the walnut filling evenly.
Roll out the dough.
Do the same with the other piece of dough.
Braid the 2 rolls.
Place in a buttered baking tray.
cover and leave for 60 minutes.
Brush the top with an egg.
sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
