All standing bodyweight cardio HIIT exercises are mixed with Pilates inspired dumbbell ones for the best results.
► DURATION: 40 minutes
► TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
► MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium-high
► CALORIES BURNT: 380-430
► EQUIPMENT: wrist weights or dumbbells [I am using 2 kg / 5lb]
