AMAZING SKYLIGHTS at the struggling mall - COUNTRY CLUB MALL - LaVale, MD

Hey guys! Today’s adventure brings us to Country Club Mall in La Vale (Cumberland) Maryland. While not completely dead it definitely struggles. There seem to be some solid stores in there as well as a movie theatre and unique places to eat. Opened in 1981, they’ve lost their Bon ton, JC Penney, and Sears. They have a Walmart anchor as well as a TJ maxx. Just recently their JC Penney was replaced with a Rural King, but they haven’t opened a mall entrance. The styling of the mall was different and the skylights were very pleasing. The mall must have been remodeled in the 90s because those colors and fonts are very 90s. I think if they fill the remaining anchors they could really come back.
