Stuffed eggplants are a common dish in the cuisines of Turkey (karnıyarık), Greece, Italy and other Mediterranean countries. In Italy, for example, they are filled with meat and baked with cheese.
Thanks to their low calorie content, high fiber content, powerful antioxidants and richness in vitamins and minerals, eggplants are not only a tasty element of a recipe, but a really useful base for your dish.

For this recipe we need:

Eggplant 3 pcs.
Minced beef 200 gr.
Onion
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Salt, paprika, black pepper to taste.
Suluguni cheese

Tar sauce:
Sour cream 100 gr.
Cucumber
Black pepper
Dried garlic
