Barley Tea:
🌾50-100g Chinese barley
🌾1.5-2L water
🌾Sugar of choice (rock sugar, brown sugar, honey)
🌾2-3 leaves of pandan (to knot)
Mungbean Drink:
🫘1 cup mung beans (rinsed)
🫘6–8 cups water
🫘2–3 tbsp rock sugar (or honey, adjust to taste)
🫘Optional: pandan leaves (for fragrant aroma), coconut milk (for creaminess), barley, or dried tangerine peel (for digestion)
Chrysanthemum Tea:
🌼 10-12 chrysanthemum flowers
🌼 5-10 goji berries
🌼3-5 rosebuds (optional)
