Appeals Court Removes Block on Texas Law Banning Drag Performances

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday canceled a lower court’s block on a Texas law that bans drag performances in the presence of children. The case was sent back to the lower court for further review. NTD’s Arleen Richards has more.
