MALL ON WATER - quaint but suffering outlet mall Harbor Light Landing in Port Clinton, Ohio

Harbor Light Landing in Port Clinton, Ohio serves as a tourist destination outlet mall, or so it was originally intended. Now half vacant, with some storefronts being offices, it sits suffering. It still looks very nice though. This has always been home to quaint mom and pop shops and cafes. If memory serves me right, this opened in the early 2000s. Can someone correct me if wrong? The best part of this place is it being on water and the stocked pond with fish you can feed!
