DEVASTATED PLAZA - Acme Fresh Market, Big Lots, GameStop, GNC, & MORE - Parma, Ohio

This Acme closed December 1, 2025 and opened in 2008, replacing Tops Friendly Markets. The Big lots closed earlier in 2025. What shocked me was the little stores in between that were also closed. And when I went on maps to find out what they were, I noticed that since I grew up here this plaza has taken a massive hit, most of these stores closed 2013 and on. What the heck happened? There has been some replacement of stores with five below and planet fitness. The hallmark has been there forever as well as the tj maxx, great clips and dollar tree (former Dealz). Pleasant Valley Shopping center needs some serious work!
