Something I want to highlight: today I wasn’t as hungry. And that’s normal. Some days I eat more, some days I eat less — the point is learning to listen to your body instead of forcing strict rules.

➡️ Breakfast: 2-ingredient banana pancakes — quick, high-protein, and naturally sweet.
➡️ Lunch: Sweet potato toast topped with smoked salmon — one of my favorite balanced combos.
➡️ Dinner: Nourishing chicken soup — comforting, protein-rich, and healing.

I share these meals not to give you “rules,” but to show how real food can be flexible, satisfying, and supportive of your health without obsession.
