8 Healthy Christmas Treats (Refined Sugar Free, Whole Food Baking)
Hi friends! Today I’m sharing 8 traditional, nutrient-dense Christmas bakes — inspired by classic German holiday sweets but made with whole ingredients, healthy fats, and blood-sugar friendly swaps.
These recipes are festive, cosy, and deeply satisfying without the crash, bloating, or “food guilt” that usually shows up around this season.
If you want to go deeper into balanced festive eating, hormone support, and real-food metabolism repair, the mentorship is where you’ll get personalised guidance and weekly Q&A coaching.
