Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies made with real beet juice — rich, soft, and naturally red! 🍪❤️ No food coloring, just pure flavor and color from beets. Sweet, chewy, and full of chocolatey goodness!

🧂 RECIPE
**Dry Mix:**
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tbsp vanilla powder
- ½ tbsp cocoa powder

**Wet Mix:**
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter (softened and beaten until creamy)
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup fine granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp beet juice (add another ½ tbsp if needed for deeper color)

**Add-ins:**
- ½ cup chocolate chips

🧁 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, vanilla powder, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
2️⃣ In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Add brown sugar and fine granulated sugar; mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Add egg and vanilla extract; beat gently until combined.
4️⃣ Pour in ½ tbsp beet juice. Add more beet juice if you want a darker red color.
5️⃣ Mix half of the dry ingredients into the wet mix, stir, then add the remaining half and mix thoroughly.
6️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
7️⃣ Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8️⃣ Scoop cookie dough onto a parchment-lined tray (like small ice cream scoops).
9️⃣ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, checking around the 12-minute mark.
