PRE-TEEN & TEENAGER WORKOUT - GET STRONGER, BUILD MUSCLE: CHEST, TRICEPS, BACK & BICEPS

This is a 2 day workout where Gavin (12 years old) does a chest and tricep workout on day 1. Day 2 is Gavin and Jayden (age 17) doing back and biceps.

These exercises are great for all ages when it comes to getting stronger and building muscle! Take your time, use weight that you can control, learn proper form and always have a spotter! Build a solid foundation for which you can build on for years and years to come!
