A shadow empire is coming to light, a vast network of money laundering, organ trafficking,
and shell corporations spanning across China.
From Beijing to Hunan, every trail leads back to familiar names—Li Ming, Ji Guangguang,
Du Qian, and Xin Qi—along with the powerful Red Families behind them.
Secret tunnels run from the Bulgari Hotel directly to the 798 Art District Museum, connecting
to the Sunshine Shandong area, prompting netizens to ask, is 798 really just an art zone, or
is it the artery of a political-financial-human-crime nexus?
This is no longer the story of a single fallen celebrity.
It has peeled back the darkest layers of truth within the Chinese Communist Party itself.
Join us as we uncover the full story in today's program.
A vast network of money laundering, shell corporations, and illicit businesses is being
exposed.
So far we've gathered preliminary information on 17 suspects, but today we'll dig deeper
into three kingpins and the powerful forces behind them.
According to information shared by netizens, Li Ming, Ji Guangguang, is allegedly the illegitimate
grandson of former Premier Li Peng and the illegitimate son of Li Xiaorong.
Li Ming owns at least two luxury apartments in the Sunshine Shandong complex, located
on North Fourth Ring Road in Beijing's Chaoyang District.
One at Unit 601, Building 18, the site where Yu Menglong was reportedly thrown down, and
another at Unit 701, Section 4, Building 15.
In Hunan Province alone, Li Ming is registered as the owner of 677 companies.
Who could possibly control that many businesses without powerful backing?
Even more disturbing, the infamous Xianya Hospital is said to be owned by Li Ming.
The hospital has long been accused of large-scale organ harvesting for profit, allegedly even
building a helicopter pad on its roof to ensure freshness of the organs.
Speaking of Xianya, do you remember Dr. Luo Shuaiyu?
He reportedly documented a case of organ harvesting murder at Xianya and planned to expose it
before being silenced.
Since Xianya belonged to Li Ming, could it be that Luo Shuaiyu was also killed on Li
Ming's orders?
How much blood from the Chinese people stains the hands of the Li Peng family?
Everyone knows that former Premier Li Peng was one of the fiercest supporters of the
Tiananmen Square Crackdown.
Next, let's examine Du Qian.
Previously, we believed he was a former soldier, real name Zhao Xiaodong, aged somewhere between
40 and 50.
But now, netizens have uncovered his true background.
Before 2011, Du Qian's name was Du Yicheng, later changed to Du Cheng.
His Weibo handle is 7YCD, short for Yicheng Du.
He stands 190 cm tall, was born in 1988, the same age as Yu Menglom, though he looks much
older now.
Du Qian once participated in a talent competition with Yu Menglom and was considered his close
friend.
If you look at photos of a young Du Qian, he appeared quite ordinary.
But now his facial features and eyes have changed drastically.
As the saying goes, the face mirrors the heart.
Once someone turns to evil, their appearance often grows dark and menacing.
Currently, Du Qian serves as supervisor of Purple Orange Media Co. Ltd. in Tianjin's
Wuching District and of Zhushanqing Cultural Media Co. Ltd. in Haining, Jiaxing, Zhejiang.
He also holds shares in Shanghai Chengayi Marketing Planning Center and acts as legal
representative, executive director, and general manager of both Beijing Yicheng Health Management
and Hainan Hongtai Xinjiang Trading Co. Ltd.
Most notably, the financial officer of Hongtai Xinjiang is Chen Rudan, a highly suspicious
figure.
Reportedly, Chen Rudan's email is linked to 305 companies, serving as the financial
controller for many of them.
With a corporate web this vast, who exactly is Chen Rudan and what kind of power enables
her to manage it all?
The next figure is Xin Qi.
In the previous video, I mentioned that Xin Qi is not the illegitimate child of Kai Qi,
but rather the son of Xin Jie.
He reportedly underwent plastic surgery to conceal his real appearance.
All three members of the Xin family, father and two sons, have been sued for corporate
debts, and all three have been blacklisted for bad credit and placed under restrictions
on high-value spending.
Recent reports suggest that Xin Qi's father has run into serious trouble.
He has been detained by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, CCDI.
On October 13, Vanki issued an announcement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, confirming
that it had received Xin Jie's written resignation.
A month earlier, Xin Jie had been taken away by the CCDI and held in Beijing, and now the
official statement has made it public.
Records show that Xin Qi is a shareholder of Beijing 89 Entertainment Culture Co. Ltd.
and Beijing Zhubang Experimental Cultural Media Co. Ltd., just two among several of
his enterprises.
He was also in charge of casting for the film Clouds Above the Clouds.
At the film's premiere, Xin Qi stood on stage beside Cheng Qingsong.
Public filings list Xin Qi as a senior partner of Beijing Shangmian Network Technology Co.
Ltd., CEO of Beijing Dongfang Shangmian Cultural Media Co. Ltd., and COO of Kuaishou Film,
a project founded by renowned director Jia Zhanqi, a global short film distribution platform
in China.
Since June 2017, the UCCA Center for Contemporary Art and Kuaishou Film have co-hosted the World
Short Film Exhibition at the 798 Art District in Beijing, where Xin Qi is listed as the
project's director.
According to screenshots shared by netizens, during filming on April 17, 2023, Xin Qi treated
the entire crew to 200 cups of milk tea.
The film had two producers, Cheng Qingsong and Guo Meicheng.
Guo Meicheng, an editor at CCTV Channel 10, previously served as supervising producer
for the 44-episode TV drama Legend of the Great Treasurer 2014.
Data from IQIYI shows that Guo Meicheng is a shareholder and supervisor of Xinying Jiaying
Film and Culture Development Co. Ltd., which has five registered phone numbers.
One of them, 1805 XX5298ERO, is linked to 765 companies.
Another, starting with 13 followed by 9 zeros, is clearly fake, but still linked to 154,529
companies.
So why, when Yu Menglong was tortured to death, did so few in the entertainment industry dare
to speak up?
The answer, it seems, is that almost everyone is entangled, from top directors and famous
actors to major entertainment companies.
The entire industry is caught in the web.
At this point, we can see a closed-loop system emerging.
The suspects all come from elite CCP families.
Corporations such as Tianyu Media and Mango Media, whose shareholders include China's
social security apparatus, have effectively ensnared the public.
CCP-controlled hospital systems collect citizens' blood samples under the guise of health checks,
allegedly for organ matching and harvesting.
Numerous celebrities are registered as owners of companies linked to military or weapons
enterprises.
So have 1.4 billion Chinese citizens become the green onions to be harvested, or the human
minds feeding the CCP's machinery?
One netizen following the Yu Menglong case put it powerfully,
Mainland Chinese people have finally resisted together.
They discovered that this is a syndicate, not just within the entertainment world, but
extending to hospitals, police, the judiciary, government agencies, the military, the social
security system, hotels, social media platforms like Weibo and Xiaohongshu, and even state
broadcasters.
Under the operation of CCP elites and crony capitalists, they collude to exploit the public,
running terror networks tied to disappearances, organ trafficking, celebrity murders, and
grotesque art projects.
That's why on the website Tuidan, quit the party, many people have written that the Yu
Menglong case opened their eyes to the true evil of the CCP, prompting them to withdraw
from it.
If you were ever a member of the Young Pioneers, the Communist Youth League, or the Communist
Party, they urge you to go to the Tuidan website and declare your withdrawal, to reclaim your
integrity and become a clean, free human being.
A new video reveals the crime scene?
Recently, a newly leaked video has been circulating online, seemingly filmed at the same location
as the one we previously released, showing Yu Menglong being dragged away by two men
inside a hotel.
In this new footage, Yu is seen being taken upstairs, accompanied by several others.
There are clear signs that his left leg was injured, he could not walk properly, and had
to be supported by two people.
Some netizens speculate that if the 798 Art Museum was the first location, Yu might have
been taken there under the pretense of attending an exhibition, as a form of intimidation.
It's possible that he was beaten there, resulting in the leg injury, before being transferred
to a second location, the Bulgari Hotel.
Another clip, reportedly filmed by a bystander, shows someone walking through a hotel corridor
while cries, believed to be Yu Menglong's, can be heard.
Based on the visible room number 923, it appears to be a luxury hotel.
Observers point out that high-end hotels are typically well soundproofed, so if cries were
audible from the hallway, the noise inside the room must have been extremely loud.
Most striking of all is a complete video recorded by netizens, revealing an underground tunnel
that directly connects the 798 Art Museum with the Bulgari Hotel.
And even appears to extend toward the Sunshine Shangdong residential complex.
The 798 Art Museum is now regarded as a critical nexus, a kind of main artery in the case,
and the number 7 museum has also drawn investigators' attention.
Is 798 Cube the artery of evil?
Where exactly is 798?
Let's look at the map.
The 798 Art District is located in Chaoyang District, near the Jiu Tian Bridge, at the
intersection of the Airport Expressway and East 4th Ring Road.
Across from it is the Jiame Office Building, home to Jiangsu Jiujie Network Technology
Co-Led, the location where the infamous Cat's Eye, Maoyan, video was filmed.
To the south of 798, near East 4th Ring, lies the Sunshine Shangdong complex, the site where
Yu Menglong was thrown down.
Moving toward the 3rd Ring, you'll find the Bulgari Hotel, the Chuhau Exhibition Hall,
the Bulgari Theater, the PLA General Hospital, and Chaoyang Hospital, among others.
Public records show that Chai Junyu, director of Beijing Qixing Huadian Science and Technology
Group Ltd., also serves as the legal representative of its property management branch, the unit
responsible for operating and managing the 798 Art Zone.
Qixing has invested in Beijing 89 Entertainment Culture Co. Ltd., owned by Xinqi, 798 Cultural
and Creative Investment Co. Ltd., 798 Auction Co. Ltd., and 798 Real Estate Co. Ltd., demonstrating
the tight web of connections between the suspects and the 798 Zone.
Some netizens describe 798 exhibitions as resembling displays of the dead.
Others even claim that Chow Renliang's remains were hidden there.
One netizen reportedly asked an AI system to analyze photos, placing Chow Renliang's
portrait next to a skull sample from 798, and requesting comparison based on features
like bone structure, ears, and facial lines.
The AI's analysis reportedly found a high degree of similarity, overall head shape,
jawline, and facial structure matched, as did the ears, eyes, nose, and mouth, leading
to the conclusion that the skull might indeed belong to Chow Renliang.
Further reports claim that during Chow Renliang's funeral, the Longhua Crematorium in Shanghai
had to 3D print his head.
Could this AI result have solved the mystery?
Even more disturbingly, after his death, nails were hammered into stones at his tomb, a so-called
soul-suppressing ritual meant to keep him from rising again.
His Weibo account was later accessed by unknown users who changed the background to a bagua
symbol to subdue the restless spirit.
A veteran journalist once told commentator Li Dayu that around the year 2000, or earlier,
a friend of his shared that a local armed police commander openly admitted that ghost
disturbances often occurred at cemeteries where deceased CCP soldiers were buried.
After trying many practical measures without success, they finally invited a master of
metaphysics who suggested a ritual solution.
Place a large stone at the corner of the cemetery and hang mirrors on the surrounding wall.
Surprisingly, after performing the ritual, the disturbances stopped.
The journalist was stunned.
Even the CCP military, armed with guns and authority, relied on superstitious methods.
This shows that even high-ranking party officials are deeply superstitious and fearful.
So under whose control is the 798 Art Zone?
The 798 Art District was established around 2002 during the dominance of the Jiang Zemin
Zeng Qinghong faction within the CCP, a group notorious for large-scale organ trafficking
and human body exhibitions.
The birth of 798 is closely tied to them as its operating entity was a state-owned enterprise
originally called the Qixing Group, renamed in 2015 to Beijing Qixing Huadian Science
and Technology Group Co-Opted.
Qixing's business scope includes specialized electronic equipment, new electronic components,
materials research and production, electronic technology devices, and secondary battery
equipment.
These industries are closely linked to Zhang Mianheng, son of Zhang Zemin, who, as former
vice president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, promoted numerous high-tech projects to build
his own black gold empire.
From Qixing's operations, it's clear the company's origins are intertwined with the
Jiang family.
Notably, Qixing was founded on June 10, 1999, the very same day the CCP established the
notorious 610 Office to suppress Falun Gong.
Even the name Qixing—seven stars—is symbolic.
The CCP worships the five stars on its flag.
So why seven?
In Taoist tradition, seven stars refers to the Big Dipper, with each star representing
a celestial deity who governs one of the seven human souls—the three souls and seven spirits—symbols
tied to life, death, destiny, and longevity.
In traditional rituals, offerings to the seven stars are meant to seek blessings, dispel
misfortune, and extend life.
In esoteric Buddhism, the seven stars symbolize protector forces that can eliminate karma
and prolong existence.
Therefore, the name Qixing is unlikely to be coincidental, and this very group operates
and owns the 798 Art Zone.
Could that really be just a coincidence?
Whether 798 still belongs to the Jiang faction today is uncertain, but it remains firmly
under CCP control.
Recently, the zone even hosted state-themed propaganda art exhibitions, showing that this
so-called art district still carries a deep political agenda.
