Growing up, many of us were told that the only path to success was simple; go to school, get a job and build a house. Overtime, however, it has become clear that this isn't the full picture. What I hadn't considered until recently was how the educational system could be shaping - and in some ways enslaving our minds. In this video, Nannette, an African American woman of Ghanaian heritage born in the US shares powerful insights into how Ghana's educational system can limit potential and what steps can be taken to be free for this mental chains.
