About a year ago, I interviewed an inspirational man Mr. Kofi Appiah who moved from the UK to Ghana with his wife and two kids with only £200 and a 6 bedroom house in their name. In just over a decade, the family have been able to transform their 6 bedroom guesthouse into about 30 bedroom hotel; with their new addition, the grand building, being conceptualized and willed into existence within a 12 month period.
