Teen Athlete Grind: Chest Day + Speed Drills + Laser 40 Times
Episode 357
Collin (11th grader) and Gavin (9th grader) hit a great chest workout and then head to the field for some speed training! We are sticking with Coach Tony's "Feed the Cats" Atomic Speed workout. It consists of about 10 drills and then finishes with 2 timed 40 yard sprints.
We have been working Gavin's speed for several months and he's been getting faster but recently he's been dealing with hip and hamstring pains. His times are not as fast as they were but I'm not worried. He will heal up and continue to get faster in the future. But Collin has NEVER done the laser timer so this is his 1st official laser time in the 40! So let's see how fast he is and how much faster we can get him before he graduates high school!
