Water (100 ml/1/3 cups + 2 tbsp),
Milk (120 ml/1/2 cups).
A pinch of salt.
Sugar (15 g/1 tbsp).
Butter (110 g/3.8 oz).
Flour (135 g/4.75 oz).
Eggs (4 pcs).
Prepare the cream:
2 eggs.
Sugar (120 g/4.2 oz).
Lime or lemon zest.
2-3 lemons.
1 orange.
Lemon juice (120 ml/1/2 cups).
Butter (160 g/5.6 ounces).
Meringue:
Sugar (125 g/4.4 ounces),
Water (40 ml/3 tablespoons),
Egg whites (2/50 g/1.75 ounces),
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp lemon juice or a pinch of citric acid.
