50 MIN FULL BODY HIIT Cardio Workout - For Fat Burn & Weight Loss [Intense, At Home] is no-equipment cardio and strength training HIIT that kicks your metabolism and gives your body a good overall muscle burn.

► DURATION: 50 minutes
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment
► DIFFICULTY: intermediate-advanced
► INTENSITY: high
► CALORIES BURNT: 620-870

It includes a 5 minute warm-up with 45x15 second intervals followed by a 40-minute total body routine with a great variety of no repeat bodyweight exercises. You also get a 5-minute cool down & stretch which besides bringing down the heart rate “polishes off” the muscles and stretches them for the best results.

Feel free to modify the tempo, adapt the exercises and take breaks if necessary.
