Today we are going to work the entire body in 50 minutes (at home), burn lots of fat and kill tons of calories without making a single jump! Prepare to sweat and have lots of fun! This 50 Min High Intensity Fat Burning HIIT Workout | No Jumping is no repeat!
There is a quick active warm-up, followed by the high intensity routine which is absolutely apartment friendly, no equipment needed. The quick cooldown and stretch is also there to stretch the tired muscles:)

►TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
►MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium-high
