“Modscape” – Completed Suburban House in Thalawathugoda

This video captures the completed “Modscape” residence, a contemporary family home seamlessly integrated into its green suburban setting. Without removing any existing trees, the design maximizes natural light and openness through tall aluminum sliding walls and high boundary walls, while timber louvers provide shade and enhance the tropical character. Spanning 4,000 sqft, the house combines modern elegance with comfort—highlighted by the dramatic spiral staircase at its core, expansive living and dining spaces, and carefully detailed finishes that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
