Ingredients:
150g quinoa
1 tsp salt
1 onion
Olive oil
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp dried garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 medium carrots
1 tbsp chia seeds
80g ground flaxseeds
Millet flakes
Useful tips 🔥
✅ To help the cubes hold their shape, let the mixture sit for 10 minutes after mixing so the chia and flax seeds can absorb better
✅ Store the ready cubes in the fridge for up to 5 days, and they are also great for freezing
