• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 400 g rib steak, thinly sliced
• Salt, to taste
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 3–4 capsicums, diced

For Assembly
• Puff pastry sheets
• Cheese, as needed
• 1 egg, for egg wash
• Black & white sesame seeds
• Parmesan cheese

Tips
• Slice the steak thinly for a tender and flavorful filling.
• Allow the filling to cool slightly before assembling the hot pockets.
• Don’t overfill the puff pastry, and seal the edges well.
• Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Parmesan before baking.
