grind in a coffee grinder.

1 teaspoon dried garlic.
½ cup (60 g) toasted and chopped walnuts.

2 eggs.
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil.
1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
mix all ingredients well.
let sit for 15 minutes.
grease your hands with vegetable oil.
shape into a loaf.
drizzle a little more vegetable oil.
make slits.
sprinkle with flaxseed.
40-45 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
