- 2 & 1/2 of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cups of sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of bourbon (you can add a little more if you like hehe! )
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt

CINNMAMON FILLING: (swirl your cinnamon this into your cheese cake filling)
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
