Mix coffee with milk! 🍰 You'll be amazed by the result! 🤩 In just 5 minutes, you can whip up this incredibly soft and moist cake – perfect for every day! ✨ This simple recipe is guaranteed to work, tastes like grandma used to make, and only requires a few ingredients from your kitchen. 🥄 Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)

2 eggs 🥚🥚.
130 g sugar (2/3 cup).
A pinch of salt.
A little vanilla.
120 ml oil (1/2 cup).
200 ml milk (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp).
20 g instant coffee (3 tbsp).
300 g flour (2 cups + 1/2 cup).
15 g baking powder (1 tbsp).
27x18cm baking dish.
Chocolate chips.
Bake at 175 °C for 35–40 minutes.
