120 ml oil (1/2 cup).
200 ml milk (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp).
20 g instant coffee (3 tbsp).
300 g flour (2 cups + 1/2 cup).
15 g baking powder (1 tbsp).
27x18cm baking dish.
Chocolate chips.
Bake at 175 °C for 35–40 minutes.
