In this video, I am showing how to make four side dishes using Shiso leaves. Shiso (Japanese perilla) is a common Japanese herb that is used very often in Japanese cooking.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Ingredients for An-Pan
Bread dough:
- Flour 200 g
- Sugar 25 g
- Salt 3 g
- Dry yeast 3 g
- Egg 1/2
- Water 90-100 ml
- Butter (unsalted) 20 g

Anko (Sweet red bean paste): 150-200 g
Egg 1/2
Sesame seeds
