For the dough:
4 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
A pinch of salt
120g (1/2 cup) melted butter
160g (1 cup) flour
8g (1 tsp) baking powder
24cm baking pan
100g sliced almonds
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉)
100g honey

For the caramelized apples:
3 apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
10g (1 tbsp) cornstarch

For the cream:
2 eggs
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
80g (0.4 cup) sugar
50g (0.4 cup) cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) milk
75g (1/3 cup) butter
Let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours
