Crustless Cheesecake (No Crust) – Ultra Creamy, Easy & Baked

This baked cheesecake skips the crust but keeps all the rich, tangy flavor. We use sweetened condensed milk for a silky texture and bake in mini springform pans (or one standard pan). Perfect make-ahead dessert!

INGREDIENTS:
CHEESECAKE FILLING:
- 14 oz. of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 & 1/2 of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cups of sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of bourbon (you can add a little more if you like hehe! )
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
