3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚
160 g sugar (3/4 cup)
A pinch of salt
Some vanilla
120 ml oil (1/2 cup)
160 ml milk (2/3 cup)
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
280 g flour (2 cups + 1/4 cup)
15 g baking powder (1 tbsp)
2 tbsp shredded coconut (14 g)
Baking dish 27x18 cm
Bake at 175 °C (347 °F) for 35–40 minutes
