- 5 Russet Potatoes (for mashed potatoes)
- ½ stick Butter (or Smart Balance)
- ½ cup Heavy Cream or Evaporated Milk (Pet Milk)
- 1 Box Cornbread Mix (or homemade cornbread)
- Seasonings:
• Mrs. Dash (or all-purpose seasoning blend)
• Black Pepper
• Garlic Powder
