🍋 This 12-spoon lemon cake is the perfect recipe if you want to bake a quick and easy cake without a scale. Just a few ingredients, no complicated steps – and you've got a light, moist lemon cake on the table that simply melts in your mouth! Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
12 tablespoons sugar (180 g / 6.3 oz).
12 tablespoons sunflower oil (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
Zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
12 tablespoons milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
12 tablespoons flour (180 g / 6.3 oz).
1 tablespoon baking powder (15 g / 0.5 oz).

20 cm (8 inch) mold.
Bake in the oven at 175°C (347°F) for 40–45 minutes.
