150 g puff pastry for the base (140 g).
Later we will need another 150g of puff pastry.
50 g butter (50 g).
Melt the butter over a steamer or in the microwave.
Mix well.
Baking pan (20 cm diameter).
Baking paper.
You can also line the edge of the mold with baking paper.

300 g condensed milk (290 g).
Juice of 1 lemon (approx. 90 ml).

Beat until the lemon juice is incorporated.
As you can see, the mixture is beginning to thicken slightly.
Add the remaining puff pastry cookies; another 150g will suffice.
30 g desiccated coconut (28 g).
Store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
For best results, leave to infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
