For the dough:
5 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
A pinch of salt
150g (1 cup) flour
1 tsp baking powder
150g roasted walnuts
30g (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
Baking tray 32x37cm
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉)

For the apple pudding:
5 apples
1 lemon
30g (2 tbsp) sugar

For the cream:
3 eggs
8g (1/2 tbsp) vanilla sugar
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
60g (1/2 cup) cornstarch
1000ml (4 cups) milk
150g (2/3 cup) soft butter
Let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours
