00:39 Japanese Culture Day is celebrated on November 3 of each year.

00:52 They celebrate traditional Japanese culture along with the safeguarding of peace and freedom. November 3 was chosen as the day to celebrate Japanese Culture as it was the birth date of their late Emperor Meiji.
