Day 407 - DIY Oil Barrel
We have a lot of engines that require oil changes. Used oil is a resource on a property like this (fire starter, trailer decking preservative, etc.). My solution is a plastic 55-gallon barrel, a barrel pump, a transfer pump, some garden hose, and a 5-gallon bucket that I found on the side of the road. I have about $80 invested in the setup, and that could have been $50 total if the pump I wanted was in stock.

JK Boots Update 4/5/25:
My O.T.s are still great. Heavily worn and holding up great. Still my go-to work boot. I recently got a pair of the square-toe western boots (The Buck - Indigo | Chocolate) for days where I prefer the speed of getting in and out of the boots, or days where I'm mostly on hard surfaces all day, or running errands. Very comfortable right out of the box with zero break-in for me. THUMBS UP AGAIN.
