The persecution has continued already for 26 years and is still ongoing. Chinese Communist regime considered Falun Dafa a threat to their ideology, as millions of people adhered to traditional spiritual values. Innocent Falun Dafa practitioners have been imprisoned, beaten tortured, etc Research has shown that organs of imprisoned falun Dafa practitioners while they are still alive are being used in China's large-scale state-run organ trafficking industry. The practitioners are also subjected to cruel torture, such as electric shocks, tying, hanging, etc.
