The Dragon Boat Festival is a major festival of traditional Chinese culture, and people commemorate the patriotic poet Qu Yuan by wrapping rice dumplings and racing dragon boats on this day.
Since 2007, the Australian Queensland Hakka Association has held the Dragon Boat Dragon Boat Race every year, which has been listed as one of the indicative multicultural activities by Queensland and Brisbane Municipality, successfully promoting the multicultural integration of Australia.
