Edvard Grieg《Holberg Suite op40_Prelude》

Edvard Grieg's "Holberg Suite, Op. 40," originally composed for piano solo and later arranged for string orchestra, was written to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Danish writer Ludvig Holberg's birth. The suite is modeled after Baroque dance forms and includes five movements: Prelude, Sarabande, Gavotte, Air, and Rigaudon. Each movement reflects Grieg's homage to and innovation within the Baroque musical style.
