Here’s everything I ate today following an ancestral diet to support stable blood sugar, balanced hormones, and steady energy—all while working from home.
Lately, I’ve been tuning into my body and noticed I feel better with more carbs in my meals, especially around workouts and busy days. So yes, there are carbs with every meal—but always paired with protein and fat to keep things balanced.
➡️ Breakfast: Ground meat with sweet potato—simple, satisfying, and packed with nutrients.
➡️ Workout + Walk
➡️ Lunch: 2-ingredient banana pancakes (so quick) and a homemade matcha latte for that gentle boost.
➡️ Snack: High-protein yogurt bowl with toppings (I don’t snack every day, but today I needed it).
➡️ Dinner: Big batch of hearty ancestral-style stew—perfect for meal prepping office lunches.
I’m all about real food, blood sugar balance, and eating in a way that works for your body—not against it.
